My bright, recently refurbished apartment is ideally located in the highly sought-after Seven Dials neighbourhood – it is close to everything that wonderful Brighton has to offer! The apartment is a 15-minute walk away from the seafront and less than 10 minutes from the train station and city centre.
It boasts a lovely private garden and is tastefully decorated throughout – it is the perfect place or couples, families or friends alike to enjoy an authentic getaway in Brighton.
The space
You will be staying in an elegant one bedroom apartment in one of the best areas of Brighton.
My flat has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can whip up delicious meals should you chose not to go out and explore all of the fantastic bars, pubs and restaurants! The bedroom has a double bed fitted with high quality linen for a good night’s sleep, a modern bathroom with a standing shower, plush towels and hotel sized toiletries, as well as comfortable lounge with a sofa bed, TV and a dining table so you can relax and feel just like at home. And for sunny days – the cherry on top – a private garden in the heart of the city!
My management company and I will be available 24/7 by email and phone.
Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
